I love the lightness of the blow dry and the fan feature that it has. Overall it does a great job in straightening hair. I have removed one star because the smooth nozzle gets bent while blow drying, and I have very soft hair, meaning I will need to find a replacement. Another issue is the smooth nozzle keeps coming off, as it's made of silicon like material, which expands when heated. Overall, the product is fairly okay, though need slight improvement especially for those who have hard hair.
