• Alternatively, download the Mosmos App, and pay easily via the MPesa Option.
• Pay the balance in 90 days at absolutely 0% interest through the Paybill Option (Paybill No. 404299 and Unique Account number) or through the Mosmos App
• Collect the product upon full payment from any Hotpoint retail outlet (Delivery option available)

• You will be required to make easy and affordable monthly instalments (up to 24 months)

• Get registered by one of our customer attendants
• Make an initial deposit of at least Ksh.1000 through the USSD *384*30# using a Safaricom line
• Pay the balance in 90 days at absolutely 0% interest through the USSD *384*30# using a Safaricom line
• Collect the product upon full payment from any Hotpoint retail outlet (Delivery option available)

• KCB credit card instalment plan is an interest-free purchase plan for the period the item (s) is/are being paid for
• The maximum number of instalments is six (6) months for any single purchase
• The limit of the purchase is dependent on the credit card limit you have with KCB
• If you do not already have a KCB credit card, kindly apply for one from here

How to Purchase: 

• Visit any of our 13 retail outlets and shop for products
• Fill in a KCB application credit application form 
• One of our friendly staff at the outlet will submit the application form to KCB for approval
• Once approved, the KCB team will get back to us with an approval email. The staff at our outlet will proceed to complete the sale process and the item (s) will be dispatched or delivered to you. 

Stores Purchases:

• Sign up here and follow the prompts to qualify for an instant credit limit.
• Once you get your credit limit, visit any of our 13 retail outlets in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret.
• Identify the product you want to purchase, once you have selected the items, produce your ID to the manager/supervisor in-store who will process the purchase through our back-end system.
• Once your items have been released, you can collect them at the store or have them delivered to your home at no extra cost within Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret.
• Start making payments after 30 days of your purchase date.
