Hotpoint Chama allows our customers to save as individuals or as groups (Chamas). 

The Chama revolves every 3 months.

Going live on 3rd April, customers can sign up by dialling *384*30# then selecting option 2 and picking the Hotpoint Chama Option.

There are three bundles one can join; 

• Gemstone Bundle (5,000 - 50,000)
• Ruby Bundle (51,000 - 100,000)
• Pearl Bundle (100k and Above)

Once a customer identifies a bundle, they are to set a goal (which is an amount they wish to save) within this bundle.

At the end of three months, the amount saved (as long as the goal is hit) the customer will receive a code which can be presented at Hotpoint retail outlets or online for purchase of any product (On promotion or not).
