Not user friendly
Manual doesn’t give details on how much water to add and how to ascertain when water is over. Also whether u must add water or not. Also if you move the heater an inch it switches off which is annoying as it doesn’t come back on immédiat.ey

No instructions on how to use it
Manual does not have full details of how to operate it . like now from the knob which direction do it turn for the humidifier to work and which direction do I turn for it not to use water . and should it vibrate when the fun is on?

Disappointed customer.
The heater does not come with a proper manual for use and hence adjusting it is purely guess work. Sometimes the heater doesn't come up even when turned on, there's no way of knowing water level content so as to turn on the humidifier. It's my most disappointing buy from VON Hotpoint. Not sure I'm willing to buy anything else from you guys ever again.
