My cooker is not automatic I usually use match stick to light on.

The cooker is awesome, everything working perfectly fine.electric hot plate evenly heats up fast making cooking easy. C cup burner cooking food very fast as heat is distributed at the middle as well as on the edges.

My cooker works perfectly well but whenever am using the electric cooker it has some shock...you can't touch it with your bare hands...what might be the problem please?
